Heinrich Böll Stiftung organizes KyotoPlus happening in Germany, Berlin, EnergieForum Sep 28/29 2006.
The conference targets the period after 2012. New emission targets are needed to keep the temperature rise below 2 Degrees Celsius. The conference is open for everybody - entrance fee is 30/15 EUR, catering inclusive. Participation in the “Night Talk” (evening of Sep 29th) is free.
